Investigators with the York Regional Police #5 District Criminal Investigations Bureau have charged a doctor with two counts of Sexual Assault following incidents at a medical clinic in the City of Markham. Investigators believe there may be additional victims and are encouraging anyone with information to come forward.
On July 7, 2025, the victim attended a medical clinic on Markham Road, for an appointment. While there, the suspect touched them in a sexual manner. The victim left immediately and reported it to police.
While speaking with investigators, the victim also recalled a previous appointment at the same clinic in November 2023, during which the doctor’s actions were similarly inappropriate. At the time, the victim did not report the incident, as they believed the conduct might have been part of a legitimate medical procedure.
Investigators are releasing his image as they believe there may be additional victims. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
