Ernesto Cesar Torres, of Frederick, was sentenced to 30 years in prison after he was found guilty by a judge of sexual abuse of a minor and three counts of third-degree sexual offense.

Peeples is charged with felony rape and two counts of sexual assault stemming from a November 10 investigation into his alleged treatment of a 70-year-old patient the previous day.

After a court found a doctor guilty of voyeurism and possessing and making child pornography, the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal reprimanded him, ordered the revocation of his registration certificate.
