A full statutory public inquiry into the care of children with spina bifida and scoliosis at Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) was promised yesterday to parents, who will be asked to join in drawing up the terms of reference.

The brothers spoke publicly about the sexual abuse they suffered as boys on the campus of Blackrock College in Dublin run by the Spiritan Order.
