Explain who we are and how we can help you.
We can offer you support, Information and Advocacy through our helpline service.
We also offer personalised One-to-One appointments and Group Information Meetings.
We provide a wide range of information helpful to patient victims and survivors and their families.
We also work as an advocate on your behalf to:
Provide free referrals to specialist counselling services.
Provide assistance in accessing and obtaining medical records.
Provide support and assistance in making a complaint to the he relevant Health Authorities.
Provide information on the process of reporting complaints to An Garda Siochana.
Provide support through criminal and civil justice proceedings.
Provide a court accompaniment service and attend court with you.
Provide information to you about other relevant support services and resources you can utilise.
